Dr. Koch shares space with the North Shore Stress and Anxiety Clinic. These offices are located in Suite 330 at 145 Chadwick Court on the North Vancouver waterfront with spectacular views of Burrard Inlet and the Vancouver skyline. Our building is a 4 story commercial and office building that is above the Sea Bus terminal and adjacent to the Lonsdale Quay Market and Hotel on the North Vancouver waterfront. Suite 330 is on the third floor, facing the harbour. Chadwick Court is a walkway, rather than an automobile thoroughfare so that you can not find it by driving by in your vehicle.
If driving, it is most convenient to park under Lonsdale Quay near the foot of Lonsdale Avenue . You can get up to 2 free hours of parking with a receipt from any of the Lonsdale Quay shops. If you exit Lonsdale Quay on the North (waterfront) end, you will see a plaza with a central fountain. Our building overlooks this plaza and fountain and is about 30 meters west from the south entrance to Lonsdale Quay Market.
To arrive at our office by transit from Vancouver , it is most convenient to take the Sea Bus from downtown Vancouver . When leaving the Sea Bus terminal, you will see a large overhead sign welcoming you to North Vancouver . Walk east approximately 40 meters and you will find the entrance to 145 Chadwick Court .
